A new vintage made of Papaskarası to produce a Blanc de noirs!

Very pale straw colour, almost like champagne but without the bubbles.

To fully appreciate this wine, don’t drink it too cold!

On the nose, peach, pineapple, mango, white flowers, spices with some herbal notes.

It’s very elegant, fruity with a good acidity.

Beautiful and rich flavours of white peach, mango, yellow apple, citrus blossom and jasmine with a mineral finish.

A lovely wine to combine with a white meat or some octopus.
