20 months in french oak. Nicely surprised, no excess of oak flavours.

On the nose, black fruits – plum and black currant, red fruits – red cherry. Hints of sweet tobacco, black cardamom and cocoa as well.

On the palate, green peppercorn, vanilla and tobacco leaf, black pepper.

Long peppery finish.

Really nice.

Except for the price. It’s way too high for that level.
