Deep purple in hue with velvety texture.

You can feel it’s more Syrah flavour packed.

It’s medium high in body, tanins and acidity.

It’s quite juicy.

Flavours of black cherry, blackberry, plum, all spices, black pepper, liquorice and violet on the nose and palate.

It’s really about time to drink it.

1-2 years more would be too late.

Some sediments in the bottom, that’s why I poured it in a carafe.
