Pale yellow colour with green hues.

On the nose, exotic fruits, citrus and white flowers.

With time you can get some notes of asparagus.

Lively, round, slightly oily, very aromatic on the palate.

Some delicate smoky notes.

Mineral long finish with hints of mint and iodine, thus a kind of saltiness in the end.

It’s incredible. It reminds me of a Menetou-Salon, from the Loire Valley.

The perfect wine to accompany any kind of fish but also crustaceous, oysters, sushi or goat cheese.

I’d be curious to taste the same vintage in 3 years. Very promising.
