Pale lemon colour.

Freshly cut grass up front, opening up with stone fruits and citrus notes, especially peaches and grapefruits.

The aromas from the nose are up front on the palate and are joined by marzipan, cashew nut notes and a mineral edge. The wine has good structure and is layered with an underlying creaminess. The crisp acid brings all of the layers together, giving this wine a wonderful mineral finish with hints of tangerine.

I’m more of an oaky Chardonnay guy but this unoaked Chardonnay managed to totally seduce me.

The quality price ratio is really good.

Serve light chilled and enjoy.
