Light salmon colour like a rosé Gris de gris.

On the nose, cherry, strawberry, white peach, white flowers and rose aromas with some candy notes.

Slightly oily, light tannins, medium high acidity.

The grapes were kept “sur lie” for 3 months in stainless steel tanks hence the slightly oily texture.

On the palate, I detected strawberry and raspberry, white peach, apricot, nectarine with some spices in the medium long finish.

It’s such a delightful Blanc de noirs, there’s freshness, roundness, enough acidity, even some mineral notes to kick your tongue, it’s fruity and round, complex and fresh.

I love it!

Oh and… it’s silly but I love the octopus on the bottle!!! I purchased it at a wonderful new wine shop in Etiler called Santé Wine and More.
