Cold fermented wine

White peach, white flowers like acacia, some herbal notes and hints of honeysuckle.

Very fruity nose and palate, a kind of off dry wine.

Light bodied and acidity.

On the palate : apple, pear, banana and linden flower.

You can feel it’s fermented by the bitterness of this young, simple but very pleasant and fresh wine.

I liked it.

A nice summer wine on my opinion.

And what a pleasant price!!!
