I’ve been wanting to talk about Chamlija Albarino for a long time now. This obviously is the perfect wine to pair with tapas as its Spanish roots suggest but it’s also the perfect wine to pair with spicy Asian cuisines. It resists incredibly well to hot meals like those calamars my wife cooks so well.

Its strong mineral tone annihilates the fire!!!

The nose has lemon and exotic fruits aromas. Then fresh notes of passion fruit, pineapple and mango conquer your palate. The finish is medium but full of citrus flavours.

This is a lovely wine at a fair price. Around 60 lira in wine shops.
