Nif Bağları Chardonnay Solaris 2013 : à surprising nose of exotic fruits. The texture is slightly creamy. The acidity is low. It’s well balanced with flavours of pineapple… certainly due to the mix of those two grapevines. Then it becomes more subtle. Orange confit, vanilla, acacia and almond. The finish is medium. Not classical but quite classy, if I may say so. Perfect with some poultry or a fat fish. I didn’t like it immediately. It took me some time to appreciate its modern style. My wife literally loved it.
