Sevilen 900 Fumé Blanc 2016 : Not your typical Fume Blanc (Sauvignon Blanc) here but still I really liked it. The nose is fruity and gourmand with aromas of peach, litchi and cherry. It goes on with flavours of green apple, apricot and pineapple. A very surprising wine, very enjoyable! It has good acidity and a medium long length with hints of sweet lemon.

Don’t drink it too cold, you could loose some very interesting flavours.

Great as an aperitif but also with some fat fish or white meat.
