Barbare rosé 2015 Merlot Syrah : A quite decent rosé by Barbare winery. This blend of Merlot and Syrah is made of organic grapes. Yes, you guessed it. A biodynamic wine in Turkey. A few wineries have started this kind of production. It’s aromatic with red fruits flavours like cherry and raspberry. Acidity is medium but flavours in the mouth are quite nice with hints of red currant, peach and grapefruit. The length is medium too. Not my favourite but very drinkable.
