The Perseus series of Nif winery has quite a good price/quality ratio. For only 45 TL you’ll get a very aromatic white blend with citrus and herbal aromas.

The texture is slightly oily. On the palate it’s quite intense with a predominance of flavours produced by the Bornova Misket grape.

I wouldn’t say it’s my kind of wine but all the people around the table liked its rich yet simple taste.
