I love that grape. The Karasakız blush made by Suvla is my favourite by the way.

On the nose : Floral and (red) fruity aromas and spices with notes of smashed cherries, red prune, thyme and rosemary.

Juicy palate, silky tannins and a delicate finish.

Flavours of walnut too.

Will pair perfectly with Mediterranean dishes, grilled meat, chicken, hard cheese and pastırma.

If you have some French saucisson, it should be a good combination too.

Drink it a bit chilly, around 14 degrees.
