On the nose, citrus, floral and tropical fruits and some nuances of oak.

It’s full bodied with medium high acidity and a well balanced structure.

The palate is at the same time refreshing and complex with flavours of blossom orange, yellow apple, pear, dried apricot, honeysuckle, white pepper and vanilla.

The finish is medium long and pleasant.

Will pair well with white meat or some pasta with cream sauce.
