Medium bodied with medium but fresh and crispy acidity.

It’s elegant and lively on the palate.

A good balance between fruit and acidity.

The mouth is full of a delicate sweetness of flavours such as fresh strawberries, red cherries, pomegranate and guava with some hints of candy floss in the medium long finish.

A very pleasant rosé.

Should be great with shrimp tacos or some sushi.
