I’m amazed. It’s one of the best Sauvignon Blanc I had in Turkey.

Let’s taste it together :

Pale lemon with brilliant clarity.

A vibrant bouquet of fresh aromas like lime, grapefruit, pineapple and kiwi on the first nose, then the second nose is more herbaceous with hints of fresh cut grass, lemon grass and asparagus.

Very nice structure, layered, medium body, high acidity, crisp and silky at the same time.

On the palate, the herbaceous character is confirmed. Then it’s like grapes are popping out in your mouth. You can add some tropical fruits (passion fruit, kiwi, green melon), citrus and white peach flavours on top of that.

The finish is long and delicious.

Great on its own or pair it with chicken, sea bass or shell fish. Think summer. Think the sun deck.

A beautiful wine at a very good price.
